Who we are

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” - Theodore Roosevelt

Whether I’m managing a team, supporting a business owner through a transition, or raising my son. I believe in being of service to others: my family, my team, and the people I have the privilege of working alongside. As a leader, I see myself as a practical visionary—someone who communicates a clear purpose and helps others grow with me, personally and professionally.

My professional journey has spanned 15 years in technology sales leadership, where I helped scale companies like HubSpot (IPO), Rapid7 (IPO), ThousandEyes (acquired by Cisco), and HashiCorp (acquired by IBM). My journey has taken me from Philadelphia, to Boston, to Austin, to New York, and now “back” to New Jersey & Philadelphia. Along the way, I’ve led teams of over 30 people, built multimillion-dollar client relationships, and developed deep experience in cloud automation, cybersecurity, CRM, and enterprise business systems. Over the last four years, I’ve expanded into private investing through FIMSIM, a family office, where I’ve led independent sponsor transactions and real estate investments—working directly with business owners on succession, recapitalizations, and long-term capital planning.

I’m also a proud Palmer Scholar (top 5%) at the Wharton School, where I conducted independent research with the Wharton Wealth Management Initiative, focusing on quantitative finance, wealth preservation, and legacy transitions. This work helped me deeply appreciate the care and complexity involved in ownership change—not just financially, but emotionally and operationally.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father to a 1.5-year-old son and partner of 12 years to Sarah. I’m a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan and a passionate skier, having raced for the Tufts University Ski Team. I also care deeply about giving back, having served on the board of Austin Sunshine Camps, supporting enrichment programs for underprivileged youth.

As a buyer, I bring a unique mix of operator experience, financial discipline, and human-centered leadership. I understand how to run and grow a business—but I also understand how important it is to protect what’s already been built. If you’re exploring a transition, I’d welcome the opportunity to have a conversation rooted in trust, continuity, and shared values.
